CANCELLATION POLICY

Hello, our lovely guest,

SEMESTA VOYAGES provides a clear and structured cancellation policy to ensure transparency and convenience for both parties — our valued guests and our agency.

AFTER MAKING DOWN PAYMENT

Once you have registered and completed your down payment, any cancellation will incur a 30% charge of the total trip cost.
However, no cancellation fee will be charged if you are able to find a replacement for your slot.

4 WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE THE TRIP DATE

(30–31 days before the trip)
If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the trip date, you will be charged 50% of the total trip price.
If you have made full payment, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

0 – 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE TRIP DATE

(0–21 days before the trip)
If you cancel within 0–21 days before the trip date, you will be charged 100% of your payment, and no refund can be issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

SEMESTA VOYAGES cannot accept responsibility or provide any compensation when the performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected due to circumstances categorized as “force majeure.”

Circumstances considered as force majeure include, but are not limited to:

  • Fire, flood, explosion
  • Storm or other severe weather conditions
  • Criminal damage, riots, or civil unrest
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Natural or nuclear disaster
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • War or threat of war
  • Actual or threatened terrorist activity
  • Epidemics
  • Any similar situation beyond our control

Additional Terms:

  • A force majeure event suspends the obligations of both parties.
  • All resulting costs shall be shared equally (50:50) between both parties.
  • Travellers are solely responsible for any additional expenses required due to itinerary changes caused by the force majeure event.
